Juan is a massage therapist originally from Spain. His passion for healing through touch and dedication to providing transformative deep tissue and relaxing massages stem from a personal experience.

With a firm touch and a preference for deep tissue techniques, Juan specializes in addressing muscular tension, chronic pain, and stress-related discomfort. While he certainly appreciates the relaxation aspect of massage, his true passion lies in the therapeutic benefits that come from working through deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Drawing upon his love language of touch, he strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment for his clients, where they can feel safe to release tension and find rejuvenation both physically and emotionally. Check Juan’s Availability

Yaara Ophir Ben-Tsvi, MindSet Senior Practitioner
Mind-Heart-Body-Pain Connection • Parenting
“We can make our life journey easier and happier by shifting our perspective on challenges and discovering new possibilities.
To achieve this, we can take a mindful pause, release what no longer serves us and understand what works for us and what doesn’t. By simplifying complexity, observing all our parts, accepting them and cultivating inner balance, we can thrive.
The MindSet tools along with many other somatic tools I’ve practiced and taught, have been a huge part of my self-healing journey. This rewarding work helped me shed layers of old, unnecessary beliefs, bringing me closer to my core, authenticity and pure essence.”
Yaara would love to support you in overcoming challenges related to fear, anxiety, self-love, acceptance, pain (emotional and physical), parenting, relationships and trust. As a somatic movement educator she emphasizes the strong connection between the mind-heart and the physical body by incorporating somatic tools into her practice and her teaching.
Yair Sarig, MindSet Senior Practitioner
Life events • Anxiety and fear • Grief • Feeling stuck
With a successful background as a software engineer and architect, Yair spent years building a thriving career in hi-tech. On the surface, everything seemed fine—but deep down, something felt off. He began to notice a persistent sense of fear, disconnection, and loneliness. It wasn’t until he looked inward that he uncovered the root of it all: the unresolved trauma of losing his father suddenly at the age of 10.
This realization marked the beginning of Yair’s transformative MindSet journey. Along the way, he discovered he wasn’t alone—and more importantly, that he could trust himself and others again. Through healing and connection, Yair found not just peace, but purpose.
Today, Yair is passionate about guiding others through their own healing journeys. He specializes in helping people move through fear and past trauma, and in rediscovering the joy of connection—with themselves and with those around them
