Chiropractic Care - Private Sessions
Chiropractic care supports the body’s natural ability to heal by improving alignment, mobility, and nervous system function. At The Mind Heart Center, chiropractic sessions are offered one-on-one and are tailored to your body, your movement patterns, and your lifestyle.
Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with sports-focused techniques, soft-tissue work, and rehabilitative movement. Sessions are designed to support pain relief, recovery, and long term functional health, whether you are an athlete, an active professional, tech worker, or simply looking to move with greater ease in daily life.
Our Approach
Our chiropractic care follows a whole-person and movement-based approach, with a strong foundation in sports and rehabilitative care. We take time to understand your health history, physical demands, and goals, and then create a personalized treatment plan to support healing, performance, and overall wellbeing.
Care may include a combination of chiropractic techniques and supportive therapies to help restore balance, reduce strain, and improve how your body moves and feels over time.

At The Center
Here at The Mind Heart Center, our Acupuncturist Jamie Goodman will primarily employ the NADA protocol ( developed by the National Acupuncture Detox Association) for treatments.. This is a standardized 3 to 5 point protocol whereby small needles are inserted shallowly into very specific spots in each ear. The needles are sterile, single use and disposable. Some people may feel a brief transitory sensation of pain from the needles.
In the community setting and with this protocol, people report:

- reduction in irritability and anger
- better concentration
- decrease in anxiety
- reduction in cravings for alcohol, sugar, drugs, cigarettes, junk foods
- improved sleep
