Common questions
Q: Is prenatal massage safe in the first trimester?
A: Yes. We adjust pressure and technique to be gentler in the first trimester. Always let your therapist know how far along you are (and you will be asked at checkout too).
Q: What position will I be in during the massage?
A: Usually side-lying, supported with pillows, and sometimes on your back with a wedge for comfort and safety.
Q: How often should I get a prenatal massage?
A: Once a month in the first trimester, every 2–3 weeks in the second, and weekly in the third if needed – though any frequency that feels right for you is fine.
Q: Do I need a doctor’s note?
A: If you have a high-risk pregnancy (After checking with your provider). Otherwise, no referral is needed – just book and let us know your stage.
