The MindSet Journey
Lasting change is through inner balance. The MindSet is an experiential, active, and comprehensive therapy that helps you realize this balance. Priya Glikman is the founder of The MindSet Journey and owner of The Mind Heart Center. She has trained hundreds of practitioners to apply Trilotherapy and Zen wisdom to help you release internal blocks. You can find and choose from one-on-one and group sessions.
Acupuncture
Chinese medicine tells us that all illnesses are rooted in the spirit. Acupuncture is a medicine that treats the spirit. It uses needles inserted into targeted points on the body to stimulate nerves, direct energy, address pain, and trigger healing. Trained acupuncturists with years of experience offer a variety of techniques to address specific ailments like insomnia and anxiety. You can choose from both individual and group sessions.
Classes & Meditation
Being present is key to wellbeing, joy, and peace. Starting a meditation practice can be intimidating, open-ended, and difficult to do alone. You can opt for community meditations, which create opportunities to connect and resonate with others. Meditation guides are also available to provide a structured and safe space where you can grow your own harmony.
Yoga and Movement
The physical practice of yoga guides you through movement, breathing, and posture. It can help connect you with your body, center emotionally and mentally, and improve your overall health.
Traditional styles and more are delivered right next door at the Pad Studios. There you will find a safe space to practice yoga, explore events, do training, and follow virtual classes. Some highlights include Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow & Restore, Power Sculpt, Yin Yoga, PreNatal Yoga, Mommy & Baby Yoga, and Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing
Community
The Mind Heart Center is more than just services; it is a place for the broader San Francisco Community. It supports us in our journey and brings us together as a community. We’re excited to provide group experiences that nurture both body and mind. Participate in guided group meditations to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace. The center hosts events, celebrations, movie nights, and free meditation. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, community offerings provide an accessible and supportive environment for your wellness journey.
Who We Are
In 2017, Guy and Priya Glikman decided to begin a new chapter, combining Priya’s powerful work and Guy’s business experience. They moved to San Francisco and found a home at the Mindful Body: a welcoming community founded years before by yoga teacher Roy Bergman. Two years later in 2020 the Mindful Body needed to shut its doors during the pandemic. In 2023 they were fortunate enough to partner with yoga teacher Nicole Cronin, and became owners of the Pad Studios on Union Street, And soon after opened the Mind Heart Center next door, where they share their journey with the San Francisco community.
At The Mind Heart Center we are very proud to be supported by numerous professionals, therapists and friends, all with a shared passion for people and community growth and healing! Lean More
